Eloise is about to get a new neighbor. The most famous resident of the historic Plaza Hotel in New York City will now have the high-end lingerie boutique Marlies Dekkers on the ground floor of her newly renovated building (which now has studio apartments selling for $1.5 million. That's for a one-room apartment!) The store is Marlies Dekkers' first in the United States, so now you won't have to take one of those pesky trans-continental flights to Antwerp or Bangkok to get your MD camisoles and thongs.
