For the opening of the Broadway play "The American Plan", fashion all-star Sarah Jessica Parker rocked a look that blended elements of her "Sex and the City" fashion-forward alter-ego Carrie Bradshaw with a bit of timeless style a la Jackie Kennedy. SJP mixed in classic with funky wearing a cream coat atop a flirty 50's style polka dot dress and toting a purple suede bag. A pearl necklace, some glittery diamonds, and a classic pair of black Christian Louboutin pumps rounded out the mix of this elegant look. Thrown together this look is timeless and incredibly chic. Pulled apart, however, and each piece can work to create a myriad of ensemble options- that's the beauty of investing in the classics.
