Little Ms. Hilary Duff is all grown up and is really coming into her own style-wise. The always adorable pop tart showed up at the 3rd Annual LOVEDAY Launch Love Charity Bracelet in a striking strapless blue Phillip Lim dress (by far one of my favorite color-trends this season) paired with some vixen-esque gladiator pumps, which by now we all know is the end all be all when it comes to trends at the moment.
