Gossip Girl Blake Lively has really been blossoming in the style department, and like her on screen alter-ago, Serena van der Woodsen, is cultivating a signature style that is unique and fashion-forward, but in a subtle, effortless kind of way. To keep from being too redundant, Blake, like Serena, throws the occasional curve-ball, with unexpected, statement-making styles that get the WOW's flowing. Case in point: the electric one shoulder Tadashi Shoji dress she sported at this year's Teen Choice Awards. Never one to go overboard, Blake let the dress do the talking and refrained from accessory excess- a statement cocktail ring, diamond studs, and she was good to go. The end result: one of the sexiest, most striking styles we've seen from the star thus far!
