Well if you're Heidi Montag, you flaunt it! The Hills star stepped out launch party for the Scarlet HD TV Series the other night (arch nemesis LC was also there, as was her former nemesis from the Laguna days, Kristin Cavallari- drama, drama, drama!), in skin tight jeans, a sheer top, and glaringly loud red bra. On the one hand, you gotta give her credit for doing what it takes to get some attention. On the other, you gotta wonder what in the world was she thinking!
