Over the past few years I've noticed a pretty significant change in my views with regard to weather-appropriate footwear. "I need rain boots" has been replaced with "I want rain boots!" Gaah. I keep telling myself to buy some rainboots already. It's rained so much in the past 3 months. Then it clears up and I think, "I won't need those." I saw some Paul Frank rainboots I really wanted on a girl, but they seem to have dried up online...
