Cher Horowitz (Alicia Silverstone) endeared herself to fashionistas everywhere when she pleaded, "You don't understand; this is an Alaia!" while held at gunpoint and forced to ruin her frock from, like, a totally important designer (so many quotables from this movie -- be warned: I'm going to go there many times over).
