Recession Chic - Get Tweed for $100 or Less!

Tweed is a woolen fabric, most often associated with English hunters on horseback. Or entirely covetable, but mostly unaffordable Chanel jackets. Not exactly an easy, accessible fabrication to stock your closet with, figuring out how to wear tweed can be more than a bit daunting. Have no fear, my fashionista friends.

A great tweed jacket or accessory can add the perfect finishing touch to a fall outfit, the trick is to make sure your look is more Blair Waldorf and less Sherlock Holmes. Think bright candy colors, trendy silhouettes such as paper-bag waists or harem pants, and unexpected accessories, like deck shoes, to keep your look modern and chic. This fall, tweed is in and there are some great tweed pieces out there to experiment with where you don€™t have to spend Blair money to get the Blair look!
