Standing on the steps of Bryant Park and watching passerby is often a fashion show in its own right - check out Jonathan and Allie, who I met as they were leaving the Rubin Singer show. I was immediately enamored with Jonathan's 3.1 Phillip Lim shirt- casual cool at its finest, with stripes! Vintage wooden Ray-Bans and tan leather shoes were classic but edgy finishing touches. Allie's brushstroke-print Julie Brown dress made a vibrant statement amidst a sea of black-clad fashion week attendees, and the belt added shape to the otherwise roomy frock.
