With an A-list aunt, a gorgeous face, and an infectiously adorable personality, Emma Roberts has all the credentials to make the leap to mega-star. And like any budding starlet she€™s shaping up to be quite the emerging fashionista. I caught up with the star backstage before the Tracy Reese show at New York Fashion Week.
Stylehive: So why€™d you decide to come to the Tracy Reese show?Emma: I just love how girly everything is and how cute you feel in it so I definitely wanted to come. I€™m actually leaving after the show to get on a plane for the Toronto Film Festival so I had to squeeze in one more show before I left! Stylehive: What have been your favorite shows so far?
Emma: I went to Charlotte Ronson which was SO COOL, Mark Ronson deejayed and the music was amazing and it had a really fun vibe to it. Stylehive: Who are some of your favorite designers in general?
Emma: Right now I really love Kurt Elliot, I love Charlotte Ronson, I love Marc by Marc Jacobs - all those! Stylehive: How would you describe your style?
Emma: Really casual. I usually just love to wear like skinny black jeans, heels and a vintage shirt and then a denim jacket- that€™s just a cool outfit! Stylehive: What are you€™re can€™t-leave-home-without items?
Emma: My ipod, Blackberry, and cherry chapstick, and occasionally Lip Venom but I accidentally rubbed my face when I had that on once and it like swelled up my cheek to I kind of don€™t wear it anymore! Stylehive: Which show do you think has better clothes - Gossip Girl or 90210?
Emma: Oh Gossip Girl- HANDS DOWN!! 90210 is like tank tops, Gossip Girl is fashion! But I don€™t really watch either of the shows- I only watch Gossip Girl for Ed Westwick. Photo Credit: PR Photos
