Mend Your Broken Heart With Retail Therapy From Jenny Yuen And Miss Lonely Hearts!

Jenny Yuen has honed her skills at Jill Stuart, J.Crew, and Twinkle by Wenlan, and had a hand in the Takashi Murakami/Marc Jacobs for Louis Vuitton collaboration (who can forget that iconic bag with the cherry blossom print!). With that resume it's no surprise that she's successfully started her own namesake line. Inspired by old vintage bags from the '30s, they have the perfect touch of retro styling mixed with practical modernity. The bags are ultra convenient, coming in every size from evening clutches to large overnight bags. Most have detachable straps (even the little guys!) so you can turn them into long shoulder strap bags. Jenny Yuen has been selling her beautifully designed and precisely crafted handbags online and at boutiques for years, but over the summer she opened up her own free standing store, Miss Lonely Hearts (because we all know the best way to overcome a broken heart is a little bit of retail therapy- right?) The store, on New York's Lower East Side, is stocked with her beautifully crafted bags and belts as well as her newly launched womenswear line and jewelry from fellow designer friends. Check out the store 250 Broome Street in NYC or online at www.jennywashere.com.
