Yet another reason to love Marc Jacobs: the man can design one mean bag. Take the infamous Quilted Stam Bag for instance. Named after Canadian model Jessica Stam the Stam satchel has rivaled even the biggest IT sensations including the Chloe Paddington and Fendi Buckle Bag. It's made its rounds on the arms of Hollywood's stylish, including Nicky Hilton, Hilary Duff, Mary J Blige, and Lindsay Lohan.
What's not love about this bag? For one thing, it's both elegant and classic. The quilted leather and antiqued brass straps add just the right amount of sophistication without going over the top, and like many of Marc's designs, the modern and vintage details, distinguish it from the rest.The Stam costs a whopping $1,350.00, but we've managed to find a couple lookalikes that embody the same classy MJ style at a fraction of the price.
