Crafted from 18k rose gold and complete with tiny diamond eyes, it's stunning and a bit spooky all at once. In case you're wondering, Leighton's also wearing Chloe Sevigny for Opening Ceremony wedge boots and Nina Ricci's "Ondine" handbag.
