After finally taking the plunge in the world of brunette-to-blond and back again (and applying what must be gobs of lipgloss and mascara before every event), Kim's definitely qualified. Why is this a smart move from Kim, and not just for the obvious extra notoriety and attention? Now she might be able to keep herself in-the-know about nasty rumors that come up about her, and she will be able to avoid any particularly egregious lies being spread by certain magazines.
