ICFF Designers to Watch #5: Brooklyn Glassworks
Three designers contribute to the boutique glassware and tile designs of Brooklyn Glassworks. Erica Rosenfeld, Dena Pengas and Brad Teasdale met at Urban Glass in downtown Brooklyn, where they teach.The artists launched Brooklyn Glassworks to combine their shared love of color, design and form, and to create glass designs that balance beauty and function The current collection includes: a boutique line of glass tile, contemporary lighting and limited-edition furniture.We especially liked the tiles they had on display at ICFF.Erica Rosenfeld, designer, describes the tilework as : "obsessive"Stylehive's word: "Brooklyn-y"And we LOVE Brooklyn - we used to live there!What's your best one word description for the tiles?
