It€™s pretty amazing to consider that something as small as makeup palette could change the entire tone and vibe of a collection.

For the Wayne fall/winter 2008 collection designer Wayne D. Lee wanted a clean monochromatic face to complement the clean, sophisticated collection and neutral color palette. Beauty.com makeup artist Tina Turnbow created the look by keeping the face matte, neutral and bare featuring pale lips and a natural face with an emphasis on the lashes.
