Hot Product: Marmol Radziner Prefab - Your Delivery Is Here

Stylehive had the privilege of visiting Marmol Radziner's prefab Desert House Prototype located in Desert Springs, California. Created for Leo Marmol, and his wife Alisa Becket, the Desert House is used as a prototype for the prefab concept and is ready to ship right now!

The "L" shape structure of the Desert House is designed to protect the inhabitants from the harsh desert climate. Outdoor spaces blend seamlessly with interior rooms. Created using four house modules and six deck modules, the home brings a sense of drama and serenity in the middle of the harsh desert landscape.

Besides being sleek and sophisticated, the Desert House flaunts its environmental conscience with recycled steel, low VOC paint, solar panels, FSC-certified wood as well as Structural Insulated Panels. In an era of sky rocketing real estate prices, prefab is a smart housing solution. Compared to an architect-designed custom-built home, prefab is a cost-effective solution with eco-friendly sensibility, room for customization, and modern cutting-edge design.
