Real Estate has gone through the roof. Or should we say on top of the roof. Studio Aisslinger of Berlin has designed a prefab loft cube created to sit atop urban rooftops. The self-contained space has a surface area of 40 square meters. Inside the cube you'll find sliding partitions, on which modules of furniture can be arranged to suit your taste. An example of modern prefab architecture, the Loft Cube is a hit with design and architecture fans in the Hive.
