They are pretty simple to put on and work really well. The only complaint is that they are a little sticky at first, but that's what the setting powder is for. CHeck out Sephora.com b/c there are more reviews on the product there. Also.... i don't know about the one it the built in eyeshadow b/c everyone's eye shape is different. =)
