Ashanti: Confidence! Accentuating what you have, less is more, not necessarily with clothes!

Stylehive: Favorite designers?
Ashanti: I like Zac Posen, Marchesa, Blumarine, I love the way Gucci fits. But I like Hanes and Fruit of the Loom too!

Stylehive: Best beauty secrets?
Ashanti: I would say just try to accentuate. Like if you have nice shaped eyes, or if you have nice lips, try to accentuate your good things.

Stylehive: What are your can't-leave-home-without beauty essentials?
Ashanti: Mac Lipgloss, and those little Mac wipes that get the grease off.

Stylehive: What is your go-to outfit for a big date?
Ashanti: It€™s about how you feel. I like to keep it nice and simple: wifebeater, jeans, high-heels, hot bag, and earrings and a bracelet.
