On Project Runway, Nina Garcia is definitely a tough cookie when it comes to judging the designers' creations each week. However, when a style or look does get her seal of approval, you know it has to be something spectacular. This summer, as with all seasons, there's a whole array of trends to choose from - some fabulous, others not so much. I got the chance to chat with Nina at the Peabody Awards where I asked which trends were at the top of her list.
Stylehive: What are your favorite summer trends?Nina Garcia: Gladiator sandals that are replacing the ballerina flat of last summer, I think they're great! I also love the flowers, I love the color, when done carefully. Yeah, those are it.
