Now I'm a child of the 80s, but looking at pictures of my mom when she was my age with her long, super-straight hair and billowy shirts almost immediately sent me on a seventies-inspired shopping frenzy....almost. Fringe still makes me cringe a bit, but Gucci's 'devendra' boots might just change my mind with their luxe gold hardware and perfectly shaped toe. But for a much less expensive foray into decades past, feel free to sneak into your parents' closet when they're not home, and see what you find... and then later, use the loot to extract any, uh, noteworthy stories about past lives.
