The new 90210 premieres on September 2, and I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm kind of going to miss the California-cool 90s looks that practically defined the era, you know, long before Alexander Wang and the like decided to bring the cuffed sleeves and cutoffs back at prices that make a trip to the gas station feel like bargain shopping...humph.
Ok, rant over. In honor of the show's much-anticipated return, I went back in time searching the Hive for nineties-inspired clothes that I'd happily wear now, except for maybe a black bodysuit. Not so sure about that one. But an oversized, perfectly draped tee tucked into some light-wash distressed denim shorts? Now we're talking. But back to what I was saying before, I honestly hope the clothes on the new 90210 do impress, because if Luke Perry isn't coming back, I'll need something to hold my attention...
