Enter To Win Workout Outfits From Body Language!

Let's face it- no matter how much you tell yourself that you love to work out, there are days when the treadmill looks like a torture device. Honestly, thirty minutes on a conveyor belt going nowhere isn't exactly the best motivator (though come to think of it, watching Paula Deen dump a Costco-sized package of butter into a pan on the attached television screen kind of is- anyone else work out while watching Food Network?). But if your exercise ensemble consists of high school gym shorts and a ratty college tee, you may be wearing the source of your less-than-stellar outlook. In other words, get some cute gym clothes! Body Language sportswear is a line of exercise apparel unlike any other- it's comfortable, functional, and actually sexy if you can believe it (and once you see what they're giving away, you will). Think along the lines of flattering camis, tops with sexy strap details, fold over shorts, and colors that don't scream 1985. They've even been featured on Desperate Housewives! We've teamed up with Body Language to give two lucky winners the best workout clothes they'll ever own- read on to find out how you can score a set for yourself!

In order to win a set of workout clothes from Body Language, tell us IN COMMENTS:

My all time favorite type of work out is dancing. I personally love heels so that works out perfectly for me. In addition, you become more comfortable with your body and understand what makes you feel sexy and confident. While the whole time you're keeping active and working out.

My favorite way to get in shape, besides chasing after my 18 month old baby girl, would be running while listening to my favorite tunes on my MP3. It not only benefits my body, mind, and soul but IF I win I will look ^^ Hot! ^^ Hot! ^^ Hot! while doing it. Thanks Body Language and Stylehive.

Walking or running with my dog is my all time favorite way to get in shape. One look at her cute golden retriever face and I can't say no to exercising with her!

I used to be a figure skater and soccer player, so those are my all time favorite ways to work out. Since I moved to a different state and started college I've dropped both sports, but I run long distances for fun and to stay in shape when I have the time. I used to be a long distance runner at my school when I was younger. I'm an athlete at heart.

For many years I had an aversion to any form of exercise. After 3 children and too many years of packing my face with whatever I wanted, I realized I'd become not just overweight, but obese. My favorite activity? Swimming. I took an exer-swim class at our local college and I was hooked. There's something about the feel of weightlessness that comes when you're in the water and water was the best low-impact activity for someone just starting to become acclimated to moving muscles that hadn't had a work-out in years. Not to mention that once you're in the water, no one sees your fat rolls jiggling while you're working out and there's no sweat either! Not only have I dropped quite a few of those rolls, I have more energy and I feel better. I've incorporated more forms of exercise into my life now (walking and weights), but I still keep my weekly exer-swim classes for the fun

The best way to get in shape is to not get out of shape in the first place – boy, did I ever learn that the hard way! It is easier to keep the weight off than loose it in the first place, let me tell you! About three years ago, I went from over 190 pounds (I am guessing, I refused to get on the scale), to where I am now, 130 pounds. I did it by dieting sensibly, and exercising, simply at first, just walking the dog, then power-walking, then jogging, then aerobics at the gym and also videos at home. Now I am addicted to exercise and anything that keeps me moving! At 52, I look and feel better than I have in years! I wear size 4 or 6 jeans, which I never did in my entire adult life! And that is enough motivation to keep me in shape! Now instead of craving pizza, greasy cheeseburgers and other junk food, I reach for fresh fruits and veggies and pita bread and hummus! I want those sexy jeans to always fit - even when I am 60-or 70-plus! And why not?

I started taking dance lessons when I was 4 years old. They taught us Strength exercising and walking was the best. I took ballet, tap, jazz, and acrobatics. I quit when I was 17 and have always regreted that, but I never stopped dancing. Im 41 now and out of shape. I lost a child and had an emergency c section so Ive started my strength training again. I would like to start walking again but I need some inspiration and that 1st place outfit sounds like the perfect inspiration for me since I LOVE CLOTHES and LOVE PINK!

My favorite way to get in shape is to swim! Especially now in the summertime, I can go to the beach and get a great workout playing in the ocean. There are so many ways to get exercise while having fun in the water! I like to boogie- board, body-surf, jump waves, and do all different swim strokes! It is a workout you can do with family or friends which is an added bonus! Swimming is the best way to get in shape without dreading the workout it takes to get there!:x Love It! B-) Cool

Swim, run, repeat! It's a great way to cool off before and after you hit the pavement and target those problem areas with minimal impact!

Cardio is a must so I run 5 miles at least 3 times a week. The greatest toning workout I discovered recently is Exhale Spa Core Fusion classes. These hour long sessions fuse yoga, pilates, and ballet to give you an incredible full body workout. It's the hardest exercise I've ever done but the results have been amazing.

I'm a huge fan of the elliptical machine in my condo complex's gym. I have a personal relationship with that thing. I switched to it after injuring my leg on the trusty treadmill a couple of months ago and I swear I'm never going back. The elliptical doesn't stress any of my joints and works out my upper body with the arm pulls. Like I said, I love the thing...and it's loving my body right back into shape! Thanks! :) Smiling

My workouts are my get away these days! A vacay of sorts... I am currently taking care of my very sick mother who is battiling an aggressive form of Ovarian Cancer. I have devoted my time and life to be her nurse and caretaker. I have given up my job and moved in. Everyday I look forward to my workout of walking, stairmaster and or the eliptical. It's my time to focus on me and zone out on guilty pleasure of gossip mags. Without these daily workouts and the fun fashion that goes with it, my life would be so much more stressful and I would lack the energy/mindset to give my mom the cheerleading and care of 100% she truly deserves! :x Love It!

My favorite way to stay in shape (I have lost 100 pounds) is to first eat right (not a diet, but a life-style change with food), to power walk (daily) with my iPOD and to drink lots of water. I also make a habit of reminding myself of what I like about myself (its good for the mind). I also try and do my AM Ti-Chi and get plenty of rest. I do not watch a lot of TV and opt to read and write (Im a freelance writer) instead. TV was one my weight gain issues, watching TV instead of getting up and doing something. I swim in the summer time to jazz up my fitness. *!* Hivelicious

Dancing is the best exercise there is! It's a great feeling to crank up the music and just let yourself be carried away by the music. This not only gets your body in great shape, but relieves stress and promotes confidence!:) Smiling

I love yoga, pilates and spinning. Also, since I live in such a beautiful place all year round (Maui), who could resist a dip in the pool or ocean as often as possible?

5 years out from gastric bypass surgery, down 160 pounds and no physical activity in my adult life my weight started creeping back up. Serendipitously a yoga dvd came into my life, and it was love at first attempt. Yoga is my new drug. And it nourishes mind, body and soul.
