This would be the greatest gift I could ever give to my Daddy! His voice is my favorite sound! He is a Paint Contractor ( C.W. Wall Painting LLC.) and works outside; he always has his phone to take business and personal phone calls. He's 67 years old and started painting when he was 11 years old. He has hearing problems now and wears hearing aids so this item would be a great help to him, also give him hands free to hold on to that ladder! My favorite sound is the sound of my son's laughter. He is 18 months old (today) and he is the bright spot in my day. We've had some tough times lately and his laugh cheers me up on even the worst days. There is nothing that his laught can't make me feel better about!

My favorite sound is a two-part answer. The sound of silence lets me hear my cat's really sweet and calming purr...but we have very noisy and inconsiderate neighbors that make hearing the purr sound, a rare occasion.

When my dad walks in the door when he comes home after work, and my mom's voice. My mom passed away last year, so hearing her voice would definitely be an amazing sound. She accidentally pressed the record button on her cell phone when she was making a call once, and I treasure the fact that I have a short recording of her voice to hang on to.
