Trends come and go, and each season, you're sure to see a different handbag style dangling from the arms of fashionable folk everywhere, but one thing remains the same, and that's the ubiquitous coffee cup that seems permanently affixed to their palms. But saving up for the aforementioned handbag is going to take a lot longer if you're stopping at Dunkin' Donuts for your caffeine fix every morning, so we're going to suggest something revolutionary- make your own! If that ancient Mr. Coffee just isn't doing it for you, allow us to introduce you to the new NESCAFE Dolce Gusto. This contemporary single-cup coffee system is not just a coffee maker- it's a coffee machine. Whether your morning fuel consists of a straight black Arabica roast, an espresso, or a cafe mocha, Gusto can accommodate your tastes, and is even equipped to serve up frothy, coffeehouse-quality cappuccinos, lattes, macchiatos, and iced drinks. Sure, that means one more decision to make early in the morning (after "boots or flats," of course), but when convenience looks and tastes this good, it's something we're willing to wrap our heads- and hands- around. Available in sleek red, white, and black, the Gusto is certain to become your favorite accessory for seasons to come, and one lucky Hiver is going to get one for free! Read on for the contest rules!
IN COMMENTS, tell us:Why are you the biggest coffee connoisseur? The prize is one NESCAFE Dolce Gusto coffee system, valued at $169.99. We'll pick a winner on Friday. Good luck!

Every couple of weeks my mother, sister and I take the time out to get together and spend time with each other. Throughout all our our busy schedules of work, school, and activities with the kids, this gives us a chance to catch up and bond. Whether we are playing scrabble, looking at photos, or just having good conversation, the one thing we always share is a pot of coffee. Every time we try something new, whether it's a different brand of coffee or a seasonal creamer. I don't believe I am the biggest coffee connoisseur, but I would love the chance to win this so that I can make up some special coffee drinks for my mother and sister.

I am most definitely one of THE biggest coffee connoisseurs around! What sets me apart is the fact that I started as a small child so I've had a lifetime of experience. My dad was a butcher & woke up early to start his day.I enjoyed getting up with him & having a sugary mug of creamy hot coffee. I then appreciated the time I spent over coffee with my grandmother. It went wonderfully with her homemade waffles. Once I became weight conscious, I dropped the sugar & now I'm just a coffee with cream gal. Yesterday I actually tried a cup of espresso from the NESCAFE Dolce Gusto at a cooking store here in town & was truly blown away! It was GREAT!The flavor...the way it layered in the mug.Dad is still alive & well at 85 and he and I still enjoy a cup of coffee together from time to time! I tell you...at my age, it's all about the taste & the ease...and the Dolce Gusto fits both so I would LOVE to win one of the systems & share some time over a cup of NESCAFE Dolce Gusto with my dad!

I can almost believe that coffee ruins throught my veins because my mother has always drank a pot of coffee a day. When I was a little girl, my mother would mix half & half with a little coffee for me to drink. I really thought I was a coffee connoisseur then. =)) Hilarious Now, that I am a mother with two daughter of my own, I do the same thing for my girls. My youngest calls it her "cofee milk". However, my husband does not drink coffee (unbelievable right?) so The Nescafe Dolce Gusto would serve the perfect amount for me to have coffee and "cofee milk" with my girls. And the red one would match my red small kitchen appliances!

My hubby and I have had some of the best coffee in Costa Rica, South America, France, Seattle, etc. and unfortunately, often lament over the quality of coffee available here in the US. We love to travel and compare coffees from various countries and note their method of preparation. We would love to win the NESCAFE in our continual quest for the best cup of coffee.

I am a coffee connoisseur because coffee runs in my blood. I'm pretty sure my baby bottles were lattes! As I'm fortunate to travel one item I always buy on my travels is coffee. Wheather I'm in Brazil, Italy, Portugal, or St. John's Newfoundland (they have good coffee) I always find a package to bring home. Actually, for my wedding I want to have coffee packages as thank-you favours. And I'm not even engaged and I already know what I'm handing out. I'm also a fan of Nescafe, when I was younger & didn't know how to work the espresso maker Nescafe instant coffee was my vice. Cheerio gotta run I'm craving a latter now(+) Totally Agree

I was a late coffee bloomer, didn't start drinking until my first job in high school. Every job I had, every office I worked in, the one thing missing was a coffee maker in the office. When I was living in Japan, I spent half my paycheck on the most delicious $8 cups of coffee (no joke). Finally, when I started my current position, I was faced with the most glorious sight I had ever seen: FREE coffee, regular and decaf, with all the milk/dairy products one could ever want to adorn their cuppa with. My current coffee maker is a sad, sad case. A Costco purchase that went a little wrong, I have moved on to my dependable french press, alternated with my Vietnamese coffee filter. I really need a new coffee machine. Seriously. Pick me. Please?

I would like have this machine but we have to see how can work it.it does not matter what is the name of coffee maker and how can great job .the most important thinks is our favorite coffee and our feeling. Coffee with pressing new think is very energetic and so powerful.it can make you fresh .kills germs and a lot of pain in your body specially if you have headache, In the United States alone, more than one million tons of coffee grains are consumed annually. The continuous use of coffee has been related to bladder and colon cancer, as well as to the increase of cholesterol in the blood.Coffee may neutralize, though only incompletely, the depressing effects of alcohol on the nervous system. It may be used as a home remedy to partially wake up people intoxicated by alcoholic beverages.

Just the smell of coffee brings a comforting smile to my face. My husband and I enjoy drinking coffee together every morning and I wouldn't trade that in for the world. I have to admit we are a little picky about the quality ~ we prefer organic and make it in a vintage percolator. You have to use real cream & organic sugar or it's just not the same. In the winter we love going into a cozy coffee shop and just relax together with carmel macchiatos. No cell phones or texting or lap tops ~ just him & I enjoying quality time together. It would be fun to be able to make those at home !! That is one thing people have lost in these high tech times... make sure to spend time with those you love. :x Love It!

I used to be a coffee hound but I'm leaning toward tea these days because my Mr. Coffee sucks!!! I would love a new coffee maker!!! One that really makes wonderful, rich, yummy coffee!!! Sigh! I sure miss that delicious aroma but I'm broke right now so I guess I'll have to keep drinking this hot water. LOL

I love coffee! I come from parents who loved it, and every morning when I smell it I'm reminded of when I was a little girl and my mom would wake me up and already have a mug in her hands ( she used to give me my own "cup " of coffee, which was really a dot of coffee in a big thing of milk). My husband and I share a passion for it, and we use a coffee press most of the time so that we can get the full flavor, but it's of annoying when we have guests and basically have to keep pressing. Our old coffee maker broke and we just haven't one that was quite right ( or didn't cost an arm and a leg). We tend to enjoy the pleasures of coffee wherever we go and buy a pound of coffee whenever something seems exotic. Also, I used to work for Starbucks, so I am a bit of a coffee snob, who looks for quality and not quantity and exotic natural flavoring of coffee by continent.

Although I crave a hot ^^ Hot! cup of black coffee every day, I only drink it once every two or three days, because otherwise it destroys my sense of taste. I drink coffee for the rush of optimism :O Surprised it gives me. It takes me back to the memories I have of traveling :-h Hi through Europe, where I picked up the habit, and the mornings I spent in north beach with the morning chill just beginning to lift from the foggy streets, clutching a hot porcelain cup of the bete noir. Are you seriously going to read all of these posts? Good luck!!

So, here is how it goes. I wake up and snuggle my honey. I hit the snooze. I go back to sleep. I sleep past the alarm, or forget to even hit the snooze button. If I don't get to put on eye liner, brush my teeth, or wear a pair of matching socks it is OK, so long as I have 5 minutes to hit the start button on the last night prepped coffee pot, get dressed, fill my travel mug and go, I have an hour commute, so without that lovely rush of caffeine and sensory awakening in the morning I am zombie status, and wearing un-matching socks. So yeah, a one cup coffee maker that can probably cut that 5 minutes to 2 so that I can actually be sure to brush my teeth, apply eyeliner, and wear matching socks? GROOVY! :)

I wake up and go to sleep thinking about it. When I'm at work, I'm probably stealing time from my company reading about it. I have a $10 single serve coffee maker on my desk which results in shouts of "coffee snob!" from co-workers making their way to the break room with "The Bunn" (aka "The Burn") to sip on their disgusting brown poop water that smells like underarm 20 minutes after brewing. Imagine the reactions I would get if I had this gorgeous, outrageous red bird squatting proudly on my desk. Sweet merciful hot dark liquid caressing my tongue, sliding down my throat, engulfing my uvula with a buttery smooth embrace. Just as you are lulled into a sense of overall peace by the sensory orgasm, the caffeine hits BAM! Hot dog! Planet Mars! I see stars! Now you're in high gear, and the world around you seems to move in slow mo as you zip around with the zen-like focus, speed, strength and mental clarity of a martial arts sensei...seeking your next...coffee fix.

I cant imagine the money I will save by brewing my own coffee (not to mention the tate, areoma and the froth!!!!), no need to buy those hi-priced coffee from part time baristas any more. Not to mentioned the cool factor when I couple it with my red bar stools at home or my hi-tech station at work. Above all it would look much cooler in my office when compare to the drooling guy above.
