Oh, goodness. Where shall one start? Look at it, I'd just wear the dress as it is! I'd probably wear it the same way as the model (Tiiu) is wearing it, with a tight body hugging scoop neck dress just to showcase the legs! Can you imagine your sexy silhouette as you rock it with a sky high platform pump? Or I would zip it up, put a belt around the waist to create an hourglass silhouette and wear over the knee boots! Since it's snowing now and isn't going to stop until we get 7 - 10 inches (Minnesota!) I know exactly how I'd wear it: TONS of layers.
