I travel a lot. Just in the past few months, I saw San Francisco three times, New York twice, Palm Springs for a blissful weekend, and Austin, Texas for a business event, nearly clocking as much time in the air as I have at my desk. I€™m no stranger to red-eyes, airport meals, delays and missed flights, or the perils of criss-crossing around the country like dehydration and jet lag.
