My number one rule for fashion is to be an equal opportunity shopper, or in other words, to shop anywhere, at any price, any time. And boy, do I. I don€™t care if its Forever 21 or Fendi, Banana Republic or Bottega, I€™m happy to browse the racks, and should luck be on my side, make a purchase. It€™s why I€™ll always duck into American Apparel to case out its latest offerings and try things on. It€™s the kind of the place you can score a $30 dress to wear with those $500 Prada heels.
