DIY Neon Canvas Mouse Pad

Chances are you're probably reading this from your workplace. Weather it's a cubical, communal table, or home office it's still the 21st century. That outdated mouse pad you received with a free mailer 5 years ago just isn't cutting it anymore. It's time to update and personalize the space you spend at least 8 hours a day in with a little neon T.L.C.

What you'll need:
Mouse pad
Canvas fabric or tote bag
Tape
Neon spray paint
Pen
Scissors
Fabric glue
Paper

Step 1 - Lay your mouse pad on top of canvas fabric and trace around the edges.

Step 2 - Cut out your canvas mouse pad shape and glue it down to the top of your mouse pad. Let dry.

Step 3 - Tape a scarp piece of paper diagonally across the canvas mouse pad.

Step 4 - Outside or in a well ventilated space spray paint one side of the mouse pad. Let dry and remove tape for an updated office look.
