DIY Holiday Wrapping Paper

This season give someone special in your life a gift they'll be dying to open. We learned this DIY trick way back in our grade school art class. Be creative with the extra time you have and stamp some personalized packaging that does more then just conceal your gift.

What you'll need:
Speedball carving tool
Rubber block stamp
Paint or ink
Brush
Solid color wrapping paper
Pencil
Gift

Step 1 - Use a pencil to draw your design onto the stamp.

Step 2 - Hold your carving tool at an angle and cut into the block, making shallow grooves along the curves of your design.

Step 3 - lay out the desired amount of wrapping paper.

Step 4 - Apply a light layer of paint to the face of your stamp.

Step 5 - Continuously stamp the surface of your wrapping paper to create a pattern design.

Step 6 -Wrap your gift and save your stamp to use again next year!
