To host the launch of BestOfVegas.com at the Venetian Hotel and Casino Resort, socialite/designer Nicky Hilton went for a laid-back high-fashion-chic vibe, wearing a Betsey Johnson kimono-sleeve minidress that kept her as comfortable as she was glamorous. Nicky played up the bold print of the dress with a 14 karat heart pendant necklace and finished off with the proverbial It Girl footwear- Christian Louboutin pumps.
