Considering how often I do Style Steals on her, it's not much of a secret that I seriously covet Nicky Hilton's wardrobe. One of my favorite Nicky looks dates back to February, when the socialite/fashion designer was out celebrating big sister Paris' birthday in Vegas wearing a Sass & Bide mini dress that totally stayed true to her subtly sexy, fun, and funky style. I was tempted to purchase this ensemble at the time, but a financial deficit brought on by too much pre-fashion-week shopping stopped me.
