Start with a foundation primer to keep skin oil-free all day and your foundation in place. Use a smooth matte foundation and a neutral peachy blush like NARS "orgasm." Keeping the eyes light is key with a darker lip- Scarlett manages to work a smoky eye by using a bronze eye shadow as opposed to a gray or black.
