Gossip Girl star Blake Lively made an bold splash at the 2009 CW Upfronts in New York rocking a killer summer-ready ensemble. Blake wasn't afraid to bare some skin and showcased her every curve in a striking blue Adam romper. To make her killer legs looks even longer and leaner, Blake rocker a pair of nude pumps by Christian Louboutin. To let the ensemble do all the talking, Blake kept the accessories to a minimum with nothing more than some colored bangles.
