We especially love these lace-up cut-out booties and this buckled pair! Head over to The Budget Babe to scroll through the full selection of steals!

8 Bandage Booties And Pumps That'll Have Your Feet Under Wraps!

Sure, it's always sad to see a once-hot trend overstay its welcome, but the good news is that some of our favorite styles don't necessarily leave the racks forever -- they just migrate to another department! What the Herve Leger bandage dress (or its more affordable counterparts) did for the body, the bandage bootie does for the feet (well, sort of). We won't go as far as describing the footwear trend as "feet-con" in the spirit of "body-con," but the thick-strapped look is similarly sexy in its banded, wrapped-up appearance. Put a sexy spin on the classic Mary Jane with this banded suede pump by Acne, or go strappy (and save!) with a multi-textured gladiator-style heel from Forever 21. Take a look at the slideshow for 8 varied takes on the bandage heel!

Hot In The Hive: Purse Flats!

Who says you need to sacrifice quality for comfort? Purse Flats are comfy portable shoes that fold up neatly into a cute accompanying clutch to salvage stiletto-sore feet on the dance floor, out on the town, or even during long meetings at work. Since they've been spotted on Mya during her "Dancing With The Stars" rehearsals, you gotta figure they must be pretty comfortable, not to mention sturdy! Sure, they're not as affordable as the vending machine Rollasole version, but a portion of the proceeds is donated to support underprivileged youth! Plus, since I have yet to find a shoe dispenser at any club I've been to, Purse Flats sound like a pretty dependable alternative on the go!

Price: $240, includes purse & flats

Hot In The Hive: Giuseppe Zanotti Swarovski-Embellished Sandals

Giuseppe Zanotti was born in San Mauro Pascoli, an Italian town by the Adriatic Sea with a long tradition in shoemaking. He's been making shoes for over twenty years, first as a design apprentice and now for his eponymous line. His designs are known for being high quality, unique, and of course, totally sexy. One of his latest creations is no exception to the rule. His Swarovski-embellished sandals are over the top and super glamorous. I think they'd be the perfect pair of shoes to wear if you're going to a fashionable Halloween costume party whether you're dressed as a witch or even as Victoria Beckham. Of course, if you're going to spend over $1000 on a pair of shoes, you've got to be able to wear them again! You can wear them to get over an ex or to all the holiday parties coming up soon. If you don't know how to already, start learning how to handle all the compliments you're going to get!

Price: $1150

Chucks Never Go Out Of Style!

It's really strange to go out now and see that Converse Chuck Taylor high-tops are still being worn by school kids. I think of Chucks as the shoe that sort of defined Generation X, and to see that they're still so popular is kind of nice. Chucks are great because not only do they look cool, they can be adapted to go with just about any casual outfit, and to say that they're comfortable is the understatement of the century. You even see some people pushing the look to the limit, wearing their Chucks with formal wear. There's really no end to what you can do with these shoes. The good thing is that these days, you can get Converse Chucks in all the standard colors, but also in some interesting new styles. So whether you're into classic looks, or rule breaking, there will always be a pair of Chucks out there for you. Click over to our friends at TheFind for more on these cool kicks!

The Hottest Over-The-Knee Boots For Fall

So what if you're not Sienna, Paris, Gwen, Heidi, or Hayden? You can look just as hot by scaling your stems like they do with the tallest pair of boots you can find. Whether you're sporting a short skirt or a pair of skinny jeans, some over-the-knees or thigh highs are the perfect way to warm your legs this fall. Although our budgets couldn't get us the same shoes that our favorite celebrities rock, it's still possible to get this look that's become trademark of some of our favorite female stars. Unlike our cowboy and ankle boots, these boots are capable of flashing an intriguing slice of skin when paired with short bottoms-- and showing less skin can often be sexier as it leaves the curves of your legs to the viewer's imagination. However, like our other closet companions, you can make a casual or formal step in tall flat boots or a high-heeled pair. Find a look that works for you in the slideshow!

Warm up With Fur Embellished Winter Boots!

After making an appearance on the runway at Marc by Marc Jacobs, the fur boot is back. You may recall the mukluk trend from a few seasons ago. Yes, it's back and it is part of the larger fur trend we are seeing on faux fur vests in particular as well as handbags. So it make sense, but not sure if I am ready to embrace furry winter boots again this year. What do you think of these fur festooned boots? Will you buy them this winter? The style seen on the runway for fall 2009 is the Marc by Marc Jacobs Faux-fur lace-up boot (bottom right, $350 at Net-a-Porter). A completely fur covered boot this will keep your toes nice and toasty during the snowiest of days or perhaps on the slopes apres ski? The gray faux-fur-embellished boots feature black canvas criss-cross laces at the front, silver-tone eyelets and a black rubber sole to prevent slippage on snowy urban sidewalks or while relaxing in the ski lodge. Another style is Givenchy's Fur-Front Ankle Boot, (top right, $1150 at Saks.com) and obviously not too appropriate for snowy streets, but perhaps a snow-free night out on the town. These rabbit fur embellished booties with a stacked heel will look perfect with black leggings or skinny jeans. The Budget Babe Gets The Look for Less: Frye Engineer Boots

These leather Frye Engineer Boots feature buckled strap details at the ankle and around the top. Available in gaucho tan or black, these boots would certainly be a worthwhile investment if you can save up the $198 to purchase them for yourself at Shopbop.com. I bought the Target knock-offs last season and I absolutely adore them. I wear them with skinny jeans and my leatherette jacket for no-fuss everyday style. Now, American Eagle offers a nice alternative at half the cost of the original Frye boots. These are also made from real leather and come in dark brown or black. If they still have my size left when these go on sale, I think I might get a pair in black. Loves it. Check out more wallet friendly finds with our friends at The Budget Babe!

Katy Perry Rocks Rupert Sanderson For Karl Lagerfeld Spring/Summer 2010

UK shoe designer Rupert Sanderson recently announced his second collaboration with the legendary Karl Lagerfeld, updating his popular Asteroid and Finesse heel styles for spring/summer 2010. Lagerfeld wanted a futuristic-looking shoe to coordinate with his runway show, and Sanderson obliged by adding a geometric heel, then took it to another level by altering ankle straps to loop under the sole and bolting them in place for a dominatrix-inspired detail. In colors and fabrics like white hot suede and metallic silver leather, they were a dangerously perfect complement to Lagerfeld's futuristic 'rock goddess' collection. Katy Perry attended Lagerfeld's show in a pair from Sanderson's debut collection for Karl- what do you think of her front row look? Would you wear these shoes? (See more of them here.)

This Season's Hottest Shoes Mix Leather And Lace

As if you need any new additions to your "Shoes I Must Have NOW" list, the latest invasion of sexy footwear is more flirty than ever. Lace details, cut-outs, and overlays are popping up everywhere, in both high-end and affordable brands, from demure J. Crew ballet flats to seriously fierce peep-toe booties by Stuart Weitzman. While lace and leather may more commonly conjure up visions of risque lingerie, and let's face it -- those see-through excuses for lace pants are better suited as a doily than on an actual person (unless you're Lady GaGa), lace-embellished shoes are hot because they bring a certain sexiness without making you feel exposed. After all, a little peep-toe peepshow never hurt anyone! Check out the slideshow for some of the my favorite lacy shoes!
