At "An Unforgettable Evening" benefit for EIF's Women's Cancer Research Fund, Molly Sims looked simply stunning sporting her signature fuss-free glam style. Molly rocked a relaxed berry-hued Gucci dress which she teamed with grey suede peep-toe pumps. She accessorized with stunning pieces from her jewelry line, Grace by Molly Sims and a chic box clutch. This look can definitely make the day-to-night transition and could work just as well for a day at the office as it could for a cocktail party. Get Taylor Momsen's Rocker-Chic Look!

For the launch of the Victoria's Secret Beauty Love Rocks fragrance collection, Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen was her usual rocker-chic self. While Taylor usually wears teeny dresses that come up to there, at this event she went in the opposite direction, sporting a long, slip-like ivory dress. Never one to go the ethereal route, Taylor toughened up the look with a pair of Giuseppe Zanotti motorcycle boots, a black cuff reminiscent of Madonna circa 1980, her signature rosary beaded necklace, the Victoria's Secret Love Rocks lip gloss ring, and of course, tons and tons of black eye liner. I was drawn to this look because it's a lot more accessible and wearable than some of her other ensembles. She added some more glam to the look with glitzy accessories including sparkling peep-toe pumps, the gold crystal Beverly Hills clutch by Swarovski clutch, and beautiful Neil Lane jewelry pieces. Rock Vibrant Shades Like Joy Bryant!

At the NBC Universal Press Tour cocktail party, Joy Bryant was her usual perfectly pulled-together self, rocking a fun, boho-glam daytime style. Abandoning typical winter shade sof black and grey, Joy went color-wild with a vibrant floral printed Tucker Tunic dress topped off with an oversized raspberry cardigan. She accessorized with slouchy Bally boots and a matching clutch from Botkier which had the same worn-in, rustic feel, adding even more of a bohemian spirit to the look. She finished the look with some playful jewelry pieces, including a cut-out gold cuff. Overall, this look was fun, and totally fuss-free, not to mention extremely wearable. At the NYC premiere of Sherlock Homes, Gossip Girl star Jessica Szohr was her usual funky and fashionable self. Jessica's look was equal parts sophisticated and sexy and as always, she put her own spin on some closet staples. Jessica teamed a a pair of on-trend sequined shorts by Silence & Noise with a striped Diesel tank topped off with a classic Alice + Olivia boyfriend blazer. To keep the look more winter-appropriate, Jess added a pair of black tights. Christian Louboutin pumps and a black cocktail ring rounded out the mix of this truly rockin' ensemble. At the Fox All Star Party in Pasadena, the strikingly beautiful Olivia Wilde was even more striking than usual. Olivia brought on the WOW factor in an electric blue Alexander McQueen ruffled dress which fit her to perfection. She upped the ante with a killer pair of Jimmy Choo booties which gave the look a more modern feel. With a dress as bold as hers, accessories should be kept to minimum and Olivia rounded out the mix with a sleek black Rene Caovilla box clutch, and stunning, yet subtle, gems from Loree Rodkin including a bangle and cocktail ring. I am placing 90210 star Jessica Lowndes on my 'one to watch' list due to her undeniable flair for fashion. At the at the For Joseph's Chic Holiday Soiree to benefit the MS Society, Jessica looked stunning and sexy with a look that managed to be simultaneously bold and restrained. Jessica brought out her beautiful baby blues with an electric blue Mara Hoffman dress which she toughened up with a vintage-looking leather jacket by For Joseph. She played up the edgy motif with an embellished Jimmy Choo fringed clutch, funky Jimmy Choo pumps, and kepy the jewelry to a minimum with a Lia Sophia cocktail ring to finish it all off. All together these pieces made for an incredible ensemble but each one individually, from the dress to the clutch, can help update your look.

Video Style Steal: Shakira's "Give It Up To Me"

I'm not embarrassed to admit that I still request "She Wolf" every time I hit the dance floor (what can I say? It's the perfect girls-night anthem!), but Shakira is movin' on full-steam ahead. Her latest video for the single "Give It Up To Me" is a little more collaborative (hey Lil Wayne!) and a little less... well, naked (did you see that cut-up catsuit she wore last time?). While we can go ahead and skip that whole multi-armed Statue of Liberty-inspired ensemble, her other two video outfits can easily be translated from her scantily-clad step team to real-world streetwear. After all, everyone can appreciate a good pair of flat leather boots and a cute military cap to save you from bad hair days (not like Shakira herself ever experiences any of those!). At the Beverly Hills launch of the Paris Hilton hair and beauty line, Nicky Hilton rocked this season's strong shoulder trend to perfection with a look that was fun, sexy, and statement-making without being too dramatic. Nicky gave her look a nautical spirit with a striped tunic dress which she topped off with a tuxedo jacket. Given the standout nature of the jacket, she kept everything else minimal, accessorizing the look with patent Yves Saint Laurent platform pumps, a matching black patent clutch, and a dainty Chanel beaded necklace. I love how Nicky teamed a basic, wear-anywhere tunic with an of-the-moment item- it definitely elevated what could have been a very standard, run-of-the-mill style into so much more. Rock Sexy Shorts Like Jessica Stroup!

At the GQ Men of the Year party in Hollywood, "90210" star Jessica Stroup looked polished and chic. Jessica showcased her stunning gams with a pair of glittering shorts by Amber Valetta for Monrow and sexy Jimmy Choo booties. She offset the sexiness of her short-shorts with a slightly loose satin top and slightly slouchy black blazer- both by Monrow. To keep the look on the minimal side, she abandoned accessory excess, finishing the look with a just compact box clutch. Shorts are a fabulous alternative to miniskirts, in a not obviously sexy kind of way. This look would also look amazing with black tights, for a more cold-weather friendly outfit.
