I am the editor/founder of The Budget Babe (www.thebudgetbabe.com) and I am Every Shopper. I don't live in New York City and I don't work for Vogue (although I did have the pleasure of working for Oprah.com for nearly 6 years, so nah!) but when you grow up in Chicago (like I did) and call a small New England city home, who needs all that? I shop where YOU shop: Tar-zhay, Forever 21, Marshalls, Payless, outlet malls, online, the beauty aisle at the grocery store--you name it! I go where the bargains are, baby. Above all, I'm a firm believer in the democratization of fashion and passionate about helping my readers look and feel fab without a fortune.

Hi, I'm Monique van Loon, 20 years old and I live in the beautiful city Amsterdam, in the Netherlands. I work full time as a freelance journalist, and I am the manager and editor-in-chief for the Dutch community Girlscene.nl and the fashion website Fashionscene.nl. I'm crazy about shopping (Shoes! Bags! Dresses! Coats!), going out in the weekends, writing (my dream is to write a fiction book) and playing music. My playlist is very diverse, from Lenny Kravitz and Beyonce to David Grey and Robbie Williams, but also musical & filmmusic. My favourite fashion brands? I adore Scandinavian brands, like Designers Remix Collection, by Malene Birger, Stella Nova and DAY Birger et Mikkelsen. For accessories I adore Marc Jacobs, Louis Vuitton and Fransesco Biasia. And I can't live without my steel GC watch and leather Hermès bracelet.
I've lived all over the place and like the same variety in my fashion! I believe in classic silhouettes punched up by new trends and funky details. My style is as extreme as I am, ranging from the serious and sophisticated to the sarcastic and humorous. I call Seattle home and have been in San Francisco for the past couple years. After finishing up a B.A. in English Literature, I sadomasochistic-ly decided I wanted to go to more school and just finished a degree in Fashion Design. I love to read about anything fashion related and want to pass on whatever great finds I come across to you! Anything from fashion to home to travel, I'll be the first to let you know!
A thoroughly uptown chica with an affinity for downtown style, Adriana Nova is a native New Yorker who picked up her first issue of Vogue at age 8 and hasn't been quite the same since. After completing coursework at the Fashion Institute of Technology and a requisite stint in retail (Saks Fifth Avenue), she finally listened to her mother, girlfriends, co-workers, dentist, etc., and decided to pursue fashion writing, which combines her love of both literature and style. She's now a regular contributor to The Fashion Bomb, and has interviewed style notables such as Lloyd Boston, Kathryn Finney aka The Budget Fashionista, Carol's Daughter founder Lisa Price, and lifestyle maven Bevy Smith. In addition to reading everything from Austen to Auel, she enjoys passionate discussions about hi-low fashion, long walks on the third floor of Century 21, and the poetry of a Marni platform heel.
Fleur’s passions are fashion, music, contemporary art and all animals, (except insects!). She is a freelance writer, freelance photographer, PR agent, stylist and trend researcher but most of all, a freelance hustler. She studied at the Amsterdam Fashion Institute and graduated in 2007 with a degree in Fashion and Branding and Visual Culture. Since then she has been working for many different companies such as powerHouse Books, K7! Records, Fashionsnoops.com, Craig Wetherby Photography LLC and even The United Nations HQ in New York. She grew up in Amsterdam, The Netherlands where she is currently located, but travels frequently between New York and Amsterdam to indulge in new trends in music, art and fashion.

I'm starting the new year in a new place. Growing up 30 minutes west of Chicago makes me a bit of an outsider in my new home of the Bay Area -- I'm sure, though, it will shape up to be an adventure, and blogging will certainly be a big part of that (as will finding out what you warm-weathered people wear ... I can't help but laugh when I jog past California natives bundled up in earmuffs, scarves and gloves as I run past them in shorts and a tank top on 60-degree mornings!) As much as I like blogging, my true obsession is magazines. I'm a sucker for pretty covers, can gaze over the pages of ads and cleverly-worded content for months (as if I didn't have twenty different current ones on my coffee table), and keep them almost forever -- trust me, it takes a lot of muscle to lug those thick babies around!
I am a SF Bay Area native, finally back home after four years at UCLA as a student, film junkie, and competitive hip hop dancer. After months of post-graduation "soul-searching," I am now determined to find a way to make a living as a blogger... or at least entertain myself and others in the process. I love to write about fashion, music videos, celebrities, and the weird people who message me on MySpace.
