Coach Classics Collection at Net-A-Porter.com

Starting today the Coach Classics collection is exclusively available on Net-A-Porter.com.

These classic styles were introduced by Coach in the 1970's and have been brought back from the archives. They look perfectly on trend with today's fashions.

"The Coach designs from this era were seminal in defining our approach to great American style," said Reed Krakoff, President and Executive Creative Director for Coach. "Heritage is our hallmark, so we're pleased to reintroduce these iconic bags.'

The Coach Classics include (photo at top, L to R) the Madison Satchel, the Stewardess Bag, the Duffle, the Shoulder Purse, and the Field Bag. You can get them in British Tan, Mahogany, Navy, Red, and Black. Prices range from $300 for the Shoulder Bag to $500 for the Field Bag.

I can't wait to get my hands on that adorable red Shoulder Bag! It totally takes me back to my teens.

The Perfect Black Hobo Bag for under $200

You can't beat a hobo bag for it's great functionality and this Liebeskind Andrea Leather Hobo is now on sale at Nordstrom for only $185.90 (was $279).

My friend Susan has it so I've seen it in person and the leather is fantastic and so soft. The photos online don't do it justice. You really feel like you are having a luxe bag. It reminds me a bit of the Alexander Wang Donna Hobo without the large price tag.

Liebenskind is a German brand which makes bags, belts and shoes. Their handbags and totes are fabulously hip and stylish. I also love their price range.

If you are looking for a tote, the Liebeskind Nina Slouchy Leather Shoulder Tote is only $185.90 (was $279) and comes in black, blue, or brandy. Hopefully Nordstrom will continue to carry more of their products!

Coquette - The Look of Lace

There's nothing quite like lace and I love this Horkelia Shift ($178 at Anthropologie) that looks fresh in bright orange while giving a nod to vintage style.

Lace can look great for a dressed up afternoon or even casually at the beach! It's feminine and romantic on it's own and can really add an interesting vibe when mixed with other materials.

Coquette's Favorite Summer Wedges from Forever21

Summer wedges are a new staple to have in your closet. In my book, I don't believe you should spend over $100 for these stylish summer shoes. After all, you'll only be wearing them for a few months and not exactly every day either.

I picked up mine from the Calypso St. Barth for Target collection for a mere $30, but I am loving the collection of fun wedges at Forever 21 priced from $22.80-$29.80.

Sprung on the tribal weave wedges, but I have a few favorites so check them out!

Sanrio's Hello Japan Goods

To benefit the American Red Cross relief efforts in Japan, Sanrio has launched items to support the cause.

Pick up this Hello Japan tote ($10) online at Sanrio.com or at Sanrio boutiques nationwide. This popular tote bag is just back in stock!

You can also buy the Hello Japan t-shirt ($20 at Mighty Fine, sizes S-XL). $15 from each t-shirt purchase goes directly to the American Red Cross.

Also look for Hello Japan chocolate bars for $4 each, available at Dylan's Candy Bar in NY and also online.

Calypso St. Barth for Target

If anything could put you in a summer mood, it's the new Calypso St. Barth for Target collection that's available now online and in stores.

I headed down to my nearest Target store (Daly City/Seramonte Mall) and was pleasently surprised to find a lot of the items available and in stock. The collection ranges from womens (including swimwear and lingerie) and girls/toddler/infant clothing to accessories (think beachy totes, espadrilles, jewelry) as well as some eclectic pieces for the home.

My favorite by far is this turquoise Fan-Print Dress ($36.99) that I am actually wearing now with leggings, my gold bangles, and gold Tory Burch flats. (It's a rare warm day here in SF!)

I will mention that the photos online don't do the collection justice at all. They look so much better in person! I was really surprised at the quality and the beautiful dyeing details in the fabric.

Marc by Marc Jacobs Rose Gold & Silver Watch

I can't resist the beauty of rose gold. When it comes to summer I love being able to mix metals, especially silver.

This is why I am in love with this Marc by Marc Jacobs Jazzy Classic Henry Chronograph ($225 at Zappos). I actually noticed this watch this morning while grabbing coffee before a meeting on the wrist of a fashionable British advertising gal who also had an Alexander McQueen cuff on the other.

Just noting this would make an excellent Mother's Day gift! (Yes, this is a hint to my husband.)

China Fashion Week Highlights

Is it just me or are all the major fashion houses looking to China lately? China Fashion Week happened recently at the end of March in Beijing.

The event has been going on for 14 years but I think the visibility of it worldwide was more apparent this year where it covered 40 brands, 29 collections, and 7 competitions. There were some amazing pieces from very wearable to avant-garde.

I love these ombre knits that were a part of a designer's creation during the Cherry Cup New Fashion Designer Contest. (I wish I knew the designer who did this and who ended up winning. If anyone knows please let me know!)
