Lanvin Hearts H&M And We Heart Them Both!

'What does luxury mean today?', ponders Lanvin designer, Alber Elbaz, chatting about his new collaboration with H&M.


'Can luxury be exclusive and democratic at the same time? How can we translate the essence of luxury to a wider audience? The world around us is changing rapidly and I find myself asking these questions more and more. A designer's work is usually tailored to a very small group of people, but the collection for H&M was about trying to translate the dream of luxury to the masses. It was almost like going back to school for me.'


Happily, school's out come November 23rd when the collection hits stores - an array of his signature colorful, Parisian-glam frocks & accessories oozing playful joie de vivre, not to mention sporty classics & natty tuxedos - for daytime! - for Lanvin lovin' fashionistos.

The Omega Ladymatic Watch Turns Back the Clock to a Golden Age

Originally launched in 1955, the OMEGA Ladymatic was one of the brand's first self-winding watches to be designed especially for women, and featured the smallest automatic movement OMEGA had ever made. Its then-groundbreaking Co-Axial mechanical movement, silicon balance spring to cushion the timepiece against external shocks and environmental disturbances, and signature swirling-patterned face have now been incorporated into a newly relaunched collection of almost 30 variations on the Ladymatic - from elegant tone-on-tone rose gold with diamonds to white, black & a steely silver.

As the swaggering leader of the Black Rebels Motorcycle Club, he's a boisterous anti-hero who broods darkly, invades a small unsuspecting town with his posse, and causes mayhem - all while looking quite fashionably biker-fabulous.


We have no doubt if Strabler were still raisin' a ruckus today, he'd do it in some version of this slim fitting nickel-studded, overdyed 'Harris' biker leather from All Saints.
