Lady Gaga's fashions are always over-the-top and truly one-of a kind, but this one took me back to glorious childhood memories, enjoying sweet sunny days blowing bubbles and waiting for the ice cream truck to come by! It's worthy of a museum, and no wonder, it's based on an original dress by Hussein Chalayan that IS in a museum in London that is "worth millions!" What is it? It's Lady Gaga's 'Bubble 3000 Dress, of course! She was photographed in it in Atlanta on April 9th. Now I have to go blow some bubbles.... #GagaGiveaway
